CAMC
Established in May, 2003,Anhui Hualing Automobile
Co., Ltd or CAMC is a professional manufacturer and supplier of heavy-duty
trucks. Its leading products include CAMC heavy tractor truck, cargo truck,
general dump truck, mining dump truck, pump truck, the special vehicle chassis
and overall vehicle series for engineering and municipal government, the auto parts assembly series as heavy
axels, and so on. They’re mainly used for mining, reclamation works, steel
works, hydropower construction site and port work, etc. At present, we have
already formed the high-end series products represented by Xingkaima, the
middle and high-end series products represented by CAMC heavy truck, the
lightweight series products represented by CAMC Star and the special vehicles
series.
DEAUTO INDUSTRIES is the sole distributor and assembler for
CAMC truck in Malaysia.
MAN
MAN Truck & Bus (M) Sdn Bhd (MTBM) been incorporated on
6th of September 1991 and officially commenced operation on 2nd May 2001 at Lot
4, Jalan Industri 3/2, Taman Industri Integrasi Rawang, 48000 Rawang, Selangor.
MTBM is well established and recognized as the forerunner in the field of
marketing and servicing MAN trucks and buses in Malaysia.
MTBM is a joint venture between MAN Truck & Bus AG at
Munich, Germany, one of the leading manufacturers of commercial vehicle in
Europe and MBf Holdings Bhd, where Truck & Bus AG holds the majority share.
The history of MAN trucks and buses in Malaysian market
began in 1980′s dominated by spot deals. MAN with a Belgian partner, Sibmas
supplied powertrains (engine, gearbox, transfer cases and electrical system) to
Royal Malaysian Armed Forces. They are still being used by Malaysian army and
further deals were made with logging firms in Sabah and Sarawak.
In 1991 the commercial vehicles division of MBf Holdings
Bhd, MBf Commercial Vehicles Sdn Bhd was given the sole distributorship rights
to market until 1999. In 2001 MAN Group took the technical leadership and got
directly involved to establish MTBM
CHANA
Chang’an
Automobile Co., Ltd. (CCA) was incorporated in Shanghai in 1862 under the name
“Shanghai Foreign Gun Bureau”.In 1996, CCA was listed on the Shenzen Stock
Exchange. Today CCA, with its headquarters in Chongqing, is one of the biggest
carmaker in China.
CCA
commenced its auto operations in 1957. It’s first vehicle was a jeep called
Yangtze River. CCA began a technical and commercial cooperation with Suzuki
Company of Japan in 1984 and the two companies jointly produced Chang’an mini
cars and Jiangling engines. Since then, cars and engines have become its
mainstays.
CCA
has three production bases, one each in the southwest, east and north of China.
CCA has tied up with international auto leaders such as Ford, Mazda and Suzuki
and has established several joint ventures in China. They are Chang’an Suzuki
Auto Corp in 1993, Chang’an Ford Auto Corp in 2001 and Chang’an Ford Nanjing
Corp in 2004. Its production and sales of cars have been increasing annually
and hit 580,000 cars in 2004 and 620,000 cars in 2005.
CCA
has 28,000 working staff including a thousand scientific and technical
personnel and has also set up auto engineering research institutes and branch
institutes in Italy, Germany, Shanghai and Chongqing of China.
AUMAN
Angka-Tan Motor Sdn Bhd (ATMSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Warisan TC Holdings Berhad, will be hosting a special Media Preview for the
launch the China-made AUMAN Heavy Duty Trucks in Malaysia as follows:
AUMAN Heavy Duty Trucks are manufactured by Beiqi Foton
Motor Co. Ltd of China. Beiqi Foton Motor manufactures a wide-range of product
including Light and Heavy-Duty Trucks, Buses, and Light Commercial vehicles.
According to Beiqi Foton Motor, in 2011, the company registered sales of more
than 640,000 vehicles.
In Malaysia, ATMSB is the exclusive distributor of the wide
range of AUMAN Trucks and Buses.
